Aaron and we are back to review Severance, Season 2, Episode 7, Chickai Bardo.

Boy, this was a tough episode. Um, but before we get into that, I want to let everybody know

but I might post now, although I am very sad after this episode. So probably just, you know,

not going to be posting much. Yeah, but as I said, uh, I kind of feel like we're reviewing

a different show. And I think this is, you know, it's a positive that this was the first

episode of Severance that didn't feel like it's a positive that this was the first episode of severance

that didn't feel like severance and that really was the intention pulling back the curtain

getting this backstory on jemma that we've all been craving and it really is you can go back and

watch season one and those scenes with miss casey even though it adds up it still feels like a totally

different character in the best possible way.

And I think that's, you know, it's bold of them to take the show and completely flip it on its head.

And it's giving us these answers, giving us these pieces that create a new door, you open it up, and it's an even bigger room.

So you have more places to explore, new ideas that are now racking around our brains.

But just as an episode of television, it was pretty brilliant from the performances, from

the way that it was shot, to the answers to some of our questions and more questions naturally.

But just overall, a heartbreaking 50 minutes of television and for an actress
