Welcome into the very first wise investor segment of 2025.

We are here.

There is nothing but opportunity and optimism and excitement, at least coming from my perspective, heading into this

new year. And it is another opportunity, especially with this season of commercial real estate

that I believe we are headed into for those that are looking to scale their income, scale their

wealth. There's just been so many crazy things that have

transpired over the course of the last few years that have really rocked, one, the world,

two, the economy, three, real estate industry. And, you know, I think that this year in

2025 is going to be another challenging year for many people in single family real estate, the amount of transactions and the volume and the velocity of what is taking place, obviously, interest rates, inventory, things like that playing a role in,

you know, how opportunistic and abundant single family real estate is going to be.

One area that I see often being overlooked and I don't want to yell it too loud because

I don't want too many people getting excited about it and, you know, putting their

energy and attention towards it is commercial real estate. You know, we saw so many people over

the course of the last decade through education, through technology, through YouTube,

access to information, get turned on to the idea that wholesaling and flipping and short-term

rentals could be great investment

opportunities and businesses to, you know, build wealth, become an entrepreneur.

And that panned out to really, one, be true.

And two, led to massive oversaturation and competition in those spaces which in time

made it really hard to scale and to unlock real financial abundance and freedom in that space and wow don't don't get me wrong. I know lots of people

that are still crushing it, still doing well in single family. What once was more of a blue ocean with
