a bit more warmth i wouldn't say warmth now but there has been a light at the end of the tunnel

there's been the sighting of the sun, which is always exciting.

So, yeah, you can imagine the mood is high amongst people.

you know the feeling, it just changes the mood of everybody.

And yeah, it's like summer is on the way.

Sometimes I feel that's why I buy so many runners because they change my mood,

that there's always a reason to buy a pair. But today on the show, we did want to talk about

this is actually a choice for your health and that people who rotate their shoes

that aren't relying on the one pair that they love tend to get injured less what do you make of
