All right, so is Valentine's Day today. What are your associations? What does that mean to you?

I mean, these days very little. What I was thinking about was the fact that the very first journalist article I ever did was for my student newspaper when I was 19 and it was Sean Faye, the anti-valentine, and I did this like, I found

the clipping of it recently and it's actually very funny and quite well written for a teenager.

And at this point, I'd never been in a

proper relationship or anything. And it's this very sardonic tirade against Valentine's Day.

And there are some things in it that I still agreed with.

Sean Faye has become somewhat unwittingly an expert in love. From that first anti-valentine's tirade,

she's now Vogue US's agony aunt,

considering questions on heartbreak, sex, friendship and self-acceptance.

She's felt herself how the stories we're told about love,

the fairy tale romances, the promise of forever, can intoxicate us.
