This week, my husband Sage Mauk the great is welcomed back onto the podcast! We chat about life, and answer some of your burning questions- how do we stay motivated, bedroom questions, what our spirit animals are, how we've improved within ourselves over the years, who's more annoying, and much more!

I also make a formal apology to my listeners and followers, and anyone I may have hurt or made feel unwelcome on my platforms within the last few weeks. My intention was good, but my execution was poor and I feel terribly that my actions caused harm and hurt when I was hoping they would ultimately bring the opposite.
