1:43.2	So that president is Woodrow Wilson, America's 28th president, who served from 1913 to 1921. He was one of the most consequential presidents in American history. He served during World War I was a major figure in the progressive movement. And of course, Sigmund Freud, one of the most interesting
2:01.6	men I've ever read about, huge figure in the study of psychology. And our guest's name today is

2:12.7	isn't great. So Patrick Vey, and he is a distinguished fellow at Yale Law School and a research professor at the National Center for Scientific Research in France.
