Matt Bingham was the prosecutor for Kimberly Cargill's case, and this guy is a machine.

He was very well known for his cross-examination skills in the courtroom.

He was also really good at connecting with the jury.

But what really got me was his opening statement in this case.

Look, he had the four things that you need for a conviction.

A suspect, a victim, a pretty accurate timeline,

and a motive. And I haven't really seen this before. The defense, Kimberly Cargill's attorney,

she's the one on trial, they didn't have any opening statement. Matt just took it away,

said everything that needed to be said, and they said,

no response. But I mean, as we get into this case, you'll definitely understand why. So after

Matt's opening statement, he calls the first witness to the stand. And the very first question

that he asks them is, do you remember Cherry Walker? But obviously, before we get to everything
