This is, I guess, we're in like a full-fledged game week.

Last week we were in sort of a warm-up appetizer game week.

This week we've got Clemson playing Wake, Notre Dame playing Duke.

We've got Iowa State playing one of the best group of five teams in the

country in Louisiana raging Cajuns. We've got real games. So we better hustle up and finish up

some of our preseason sort of prognosticating. We were digging in last week, Bud, to the

Big 12.

We kind of had some observations, thoughts on the middle of the pack, the middle class,

if you will, leaving out the upper class.

And I think, of note, first of all, you and I both think that Iowa State is among the upper class this year, or at least, how would you phrase it?

I mean, I think Iowa State is a contender to win a Pac-12 championship or a Big 12 championship, at least a contender to be in the Big 12 championship game.

Is that, are you willing to say that, go that far?

Yeah, I think there are four.

Oklahoma State is where I draw that line as far as who's in.

I don't think TCU can.

I don't think Baylor can.
