I'm super excited for our time together. Like we talked about before we

hit record, everybody has a story. And our passion is to help them tell it. So with your permission,

we're going to start with where you were born, go all the way up to today. And then we want to

talk about what you're doing to help people get quality sleep. Yeah. So I was, I was born in a Pennsylvania. So outside of

Philadelphia, a little, little farm, a little farm town, suburb. And yeah, that's where,

that's where life started for me, Mike. So did you grow up there? I did. Yeah. And I described my

my growing up experience. It was very leave it to beaver. I was very

blessed in that way. But it was just, you know, it was a really nice farm suburb. And yeah, and even

even my high school was kind of like saved by the bell type of high school. It looked like

saved by the bell. It was very, it like saved by the bell it was very it was a

great place to raise a family and um yeah my parents they moved out of the city a lot of my
