Can you see it?

Can you see that beautiful light?

You are in a cocoon of beautiful, safe and healing energy.

And it looks as if you are glowing.

You are shining so brightly.

And this light will keep you safe from all of your worries.

It will keep you safe and protected from any other problems that may be troubling you too.

So picture in your mind being surrounded by this universal white light. So beautiful.

Feel how relaxed you are. Feel how calm you are and how safe you feel as this protective light surrounds your whole body.

And this light is like a shield of armour all around you

and it will deflect anything that is not good for you.

This beautiful white light is your very own force field.
