Gene's been on the road. He's returned not only to comment on the remains of the election, but also what he's learned with a kitchen cabinet

manufacturers association. Kitchen cabinet is famous for the advisors to a governor or

president. So we're going to imagine that Jean is advising the Trump administration

as a member of the kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association representative.

Gene, if kitchen cabinets are doing well, America is and vice versa.

How did you find them in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania?

Hi, John, and it's great to be back.

As far as the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association, not great.

They spoke to them two weeks ago, listened to the issues that were going on in their

industry.

They are not only, you know, suffering from, you know, the overall sort of slowdown in the

real estate industry, both commercial and most importantly residential.

You know, home renovations have also declined since COVID.

They're dealing with, you know, because people are dealing with higher costs to do that.

Their biggest issue, though, John, is China, which is why they're, I don't think there was a person in the room that was voting for Kamala Harris during that presentation.

There were probably 400 people in the room there alone.

China, they have an issue in this organization where China is, you know,

bringing in both finished and unfinished kitchen cabinet materials into the U.S.

at below market prices, allegedly subsidized by the Chinese government, and allegedly

breaking trade rules by doing that.
