Yes episode today that is not a guest three things I think Olivia and I have both been hung up on the idea of social media usage and our relationships with our phones.

And so we wanted to bring on Leslie Stevens, who is a past podcast guest who came on as a guest

recommender for our last book preview episode. I think it was our last one. And we wanted to talk about her social media habits

because she's off Instagram.

And we wanted to talk about how she got there

and how she thinks about social media in her life and how she does that as an author

because she also is still I would consider her an internet person even though she's

on Instagram. Yeah. This was such a fascinating

conversation and I hope people get as much out of it as I did. Same but

before we get into that, what is your high?

So this is a little bit confusing because we're going to go over our highs and lows

and then we're going to go over the interview, but in real life, we recorded the interview first, and now we're

recording our highs and loads a few days later. So my high was literally directly inspired by this conversation.

I honestly like left this conversation. I honestly like left this conversation with Leslie and I was like

I'm gonna make some changes. What are you done? That night I started sleeping with my phone in another room,

which is one of the things that Leslie does.

And I, for a long time, slept with my phone

on the other side of the room, so not by my bed.

That habit is long, fallen by the wayside. Lately I've been sleeping with my phone like under my pillow like I'm trying to use it to keep my body warm or something.

Well you got to do your pre-bed spelling me? Exactly, but pre-bed spelling bee would turn into pre-bed
