All right, we're plowing ahead just in the second episode here of season four entitled soft eyes.

For the wire, that's a pretty soft title because generally it's something that's a little more edgy or in harder.

But as people know who watched this episode soft eyes is a particular reference to our man,

Chris Baluski, who despite the fact that he has killed a police officer and a permanently injured someone else, he has soft eyes.

So, which is kind of a weird juxtaposition, particularly with the world that he's entering now, which is education.

So, man, for soft eyes, what are some of the things that struck you from a big picture perspective about this episode?

Just kind of getting deeper in and kind of learning our new systems here, you know, we are we're seeing carcadie who we didn't really talk very much about in the last episode.

But we're seeing more of what carcadie is up against and what his role is going to kind of entail.

And I think that's what you're seeing in this episode in this episode, you're seeing exactly what the temperature is.

You see what carcadie's going through.

And I think that's what we're seeing what it's like to be namened, what the street actually does to the kids.

We get reacquainted with cutting to a degree and we see kind of what the what the guts of what cuties operation are now in terms of, you know, how he's deals with the kids and how he deals with some of the people who take care of the kids.

So whereas we're introduced to the world, the new world of the wire that season four is last episode, this episode is the episode where we're sort of getting a look into how that world actually works.

And you see that from a bunch of different places and praise who walked into a sort of new era of his life being a teacher now gets to kind of see whether or not that new part of his life.
