0:08.8	What is up guys? Welcome back to a solo episode. This is like a personal update, Q&A, all the things. I feel like you guys love these episodes, which makes me happy. We can kind of get more personal,

0:29.1	I mean, I'm sure we'll talk wellness too,
0:30.7	but it's just fun to connect with you guys and update you. My weekend was pretty fun on Saturday here in Austin. It was F1 and I actually got the opportunity to attend with Aston Martin, which was insane.
0:46.1	Aston Martin is a super car out of the UK, James Bond Vibes, very well-known car brand and when they emailed me I was like,
0:56.3	oh my goodness, this is such a cool opportunity, why me?
0:58.9	But it was really, really fun.
1:01.5	I went with Sammy Andrew and my husband, Greg, and there was some really cool attendees. I got to see Nora Smith, who I'm such a big fan of and Lucky Blue Smith and their baby.
1:14.4	We saw Gordon Ramsey, we saw the whole cast of selling sunset.
1:17.9	There was like some big names here in Austin this past weekend.
1:21.2	There was also a big game, a football game that I know nothing about, but it was a big deal.
1:25.6	And yeah, we started off at Commodore Perry Estate, which is a really cool hotel restaurant out here,
1:34.3	had breakfast, and then spent the whole day at F1.
1:37.0	We got to go into the Aston Martin garage,
1:39.4	see them in the middle of the race, changing tires, like the whole thing and it was really, really cool.
1:46.4	And then on Sunday I went and rode my horse Red here in Austin for the first time he arrived my friend Michelle whose
1:55.0	Instagram handle is broke-ass horse girl you guys may know her she has really been
2:00.2	like taking me under her wing and introducing me to the Western world and she
2:03.7	actually trailed my horse red down to Austin for me if you miss the update I've
2:10.9	done a couple horse updates on him but he is the horse I drove to Fort
