0:25.2	I actually have notes this time to be more aligned and not so ADD brain all over the place.
0:33.1	I think I'm going to start this episode by talking about, I don't know how many of you are on
0:39.6	TikTok as much as I am, which is a lot. I am actually really worried about how much I'm on my
0:47.2	phone at this point, which is something I talk about in therapy, because I'm on it all the time.
0:53.0	Like my TikTok algorithm is so perfect. I have
0:57.0	autism stuff. I have hilarious funny videos. I have things that are super helpful. I have like
1:05.1	interior before and afters. I have heartwarming stories. If things that are really funny, people's comments make me happy.
1:13.7	Like, it's just such a happy place for me.
1:15.6	But one of the things that I have accomplished and that I'm very proud of that is currently
1:24.4	happening in my life is my lack of reaction, my increased thoughtfulness and ability to
1:36.6	understand nuance and context. So Chapel Rhone, for example, made a comment on Call Her Daddy, during which she said she doesn't know anybody happy who has children, that all her friends who have kids are miserable.
1:57.1	So I saw a lot of moms make really cute videos on TikTok using the audio where they showed how happy they are what they looked like before they had kids and how good they look afterwards.
2:10.2	And then I read the comments on those videos and everyone was like, oh, your best friends with Chapel Rhone? She's talking about you. Like, wow. Or like,
2:22.3	we didn't know that moms could really make everything about themselves to this extent.
2:27.9	Like, congratulations for thinking that everything is about you. And there were a lot of people
2:32.4	that said, like, why are you shaming someone for
2:35.8	talking about having kids when it is the hardest part of being a human and it's okay to not
2:42.1	have kids? And I was just like, whoa. And I'm just watching it and I'm just observing it.
