workout routine slash split? Okay, so I recently got back into working out after not working

out for about three weeks because of IVF. So I was basically walking 10,000

steps a day during IVF until my egg retrieval, which put me out for a week. Now I'm back.

Currently, I'm weightlifting about 30 to 40 minutes three times a week, focusing on lower body, upper body, lower body.
