And this is a woman who is truly unmissable. And I've kind of got my dancing shoes on

ahead of a new episode that we're dropping this Friday, which completes my set of all strictly

judges. I'm going to be publishing a brand new episode with Anton Dubeck this Friday.

But ahead of that, I wanted to introduce you to a woman who is,

I mean, she's a trailblazer.

She's still working, still winning awards, still setting agendas in choreography in her 80s.

And I'm really lucky that I get to call her a friend.

She started as a colleague.

She's become a friend and a trusted advisor in so many ways.

She's a woman that always comes good,

no matter how bad things have been for me at times.

So I'd really like you to spend an

hour and hour in our company getting to know the marvellous Dame Arlene Phillips.

I was quite emotional remembering our times together.

Oh, Arlene, I do remember them so fondly.

And you were, do you know what?

I think when I was going into motherhood, you could probably see, even when I was

pregnant, you know, you could see where the book might end in terms of my story as a parent.
