You know, I like to be fit and healthy, so the best way I know is to just get out there and run.

Running was an outlet for me to, I guess, feel good about myself and take out some of the

angers that were going on in my life.

But Sanya, you're focused in on your own thing, I guess.

But what is your prevailing feeling walking away from this Olympics?

We got the same buzz that I feel around the country right now.

Yeah, it was great.

I mean, I suppose when you're involved in one sport, you're really focused on that,

but you're aware of, you know, all the success from all the other sports and, you know, the momentum that was building throughout, you know, the team and then also everybody's supporting in Ireland and in France.

You know, it was just amazing really to get a medal from Mona MacSherry so early in the program

that the weight was not too long for to break through and have a bronze medal to get things started

in the swimming pool.

And, you know, to win medals and swimming is, it's not very easy.

It's quite difficult.

You know, there's definitely tiered sports in the Olympics and some would be a lot more competitive

than others.

And swimming is definitely right up there, you know, probably close behind athletics, I'd say. Yeah, we talked about breakdancing being a new
