0:48.5	this decision. He claimed that he had talked to officials and generals about it, and actually
0:53.2	the entire Pentagon was blindsided.
0:55.4	So just for like a, I'm a layperson, not referring to the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
0:59.7	How big of a deal is that?
1:01.2	That would be like the CEO of Microsoft having someone down, let's say, at mid-level supervisor,
1:08.3	make an announcement on behalf of Microsoft, and he had no idea.
