The spring equinox marks the pivot from the dark to the light half of the year. March means Daylight Saving’s Time, cherry blossoms, more plans with friends, new inspiration at work, and an increase in energy as our bodies naturally align with the rhythm of the seasons. If nature waits until the spring equinox to start waking up and taking action, I think we should too. That’s why I planned my 2025 goals to kick in only after a cozy, slow start to the year. It simply feels more natural to increase productivity only after the natural world does.

1:33.2 | So we'll fly Edinburgh to Heathrow, Heathrow to Dulles. |
1:35.9 | When I was booking these flights, I had selected a flight that landed in Baltimore instead of |
1:40.4 | at Dulles because it was a thousand pounds cheaper for the entire trip. |
1:48.4 | And so I was just so focused on it being a thousand pounds cheaper and it landing in Baltimore. |
1:52.1 | And Matt and I were figuring out, okay, like can we rent a car in Baltimore and drive? Like figuring out those logistics that it never even occurred to me to check that the connection |
