because I just couldn't wait another second to bring you Jeff.

There be Jeff is just the bright light among the chaos that this world has.

I mean, he's just amazing. Like I loved recording with him. I learned so much from him.

And I really just vibe with his energy. Like he is fully grounded to the earth.

And you'll see that in his astrological chart. And it really shows. I have to say it really shows.

And I feel like he gives incredible advice. So I'm so grateful that I was able to get him on this

podcast. Before we get into that, I'm just going to reflect a little bit on Sunday's episode.

Yes, it was wild. I know many people are outraged. Many people, not as many people, but some people

reach out to me and they said, you know, this is what I've been told or I have seen this happen.

And so I think the bottom line is like it's about your environment. Like I brought it up to the

men in my life and they were vehemently against everything that she said. They were like, it's just

ridiculous. You know, it's just it's not the case. And I actually have my dad here on speaker

phone because I just really needed to bring back hope into this world so that you guys don't

think that this is normal. What this woman said, what Nelly said, even though, you know, I'm sure

she's a good person and I don't want to be saying anything bad about her, but I just I can't

agree with what she said. So I wanted my dad to kind of share what he thinks as well. So dad,

what were your thoughts on if, you know, high value man is someone that cheats and you turn the

other cheek, et cetera? Well, I think the first thing that struck me when I was considered

podcast and burger, talk about high value man. Obviously, I'm the father of girls, but so I may

be a little embarrassed, but I, you know, she didn't mention anything about high value women.
