Bit of a predictable, most of the stage,

but of really exciting finale and some great kind of

storylines we chatted with Fred Wright who ended up in the breakaway all day

kind of the first time he'd been let off the leash at the Tour de France thus far and he seemed to enjoy his day out,

I would say.

And a phenomenal victory from Wapenart who, along with Tadepog, I mean really, they're just, those two are just in a class of their own at this point.

So we're going to talk through today's stage and then Johnny, you sat down with Pippa once again to talk through the GC so we'll get to that later

later in the episode but let's kick things off with what happened today Johnny what

happened today what happened today well first all, after all our Balco-Molama talk yesterday,

the riders, some riders were telling you this morning, Kaye, that today was definitely not going to be a breakaway day.

honestly I don't know what is and isn't a breakaway stage anymore because it's all just

topsy-turvy upside down. The rules have changed. Yeah. Yeah and it's that I've been sort of
