Day two, starting small.

Men take minority positions.

Matthew 11, 20 to 21, says this.

Then Jesus began to denounce the cities where most of his mighty works had been done because they did not repent.

Wo to you, Corazon.

Woe to you, Bethsaida.

For if the mighty works done and you have been done in tear and sidon,

they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.

Last couple of years I've gotten to travel to Germany.

Part of my experiences there included touring the Nazi concentration camp at Buchenwald,

over in Poland, actually.

It was an appropriately wady and heavy experience, and it is not something I have forgotten, nor will I forget.

Everywhere I turned, I saw signs of a culture that again and again chose the wrong path.

As the Nazis rose to power, there were precious few people willing to take the minority position to stand against the rising tide that would do so much damage. Walking out of Buchanwald, I couldn't help but wonder how I would

have responded if I were a German in the 30s and 40s. What I have towed the line with the masses

keeping quiet out of self-preservation?
