Last week, we were sharing about how at this time of year we're all inclined to feel that we should make resolutions and set some goals, things we want to achieve.

challenging time to make resolutions because in the northern hemisphere, we have so little

lasting change. And I think this year, what I'm hearing from my friends is that people are even more tired of the dark and

exhausted. I'm hearing a lot of people saying they're feeling particularly fatigued this year

in this midwinter energy. Yeah, I'm hearing the same. And I've never quite understood

why January is the beginning of a new year. I always think it should be
