delighted to have you as our first guest in our new studio. I love it. I love it too. Our

production team gave me the license to pick the most influential books that I've read in my 30 almost year

I want to set some context kind of

for what your journey has been,

because I've known you in the firm for almost 22 years, but now you've had

this global impact with your new book. Take a minute or two and tell it's kind of

where you started and how you ended up where you are now. Yeah sure well I came out of business school

joined what was the Covey Leadership Center with my father Stephen R Covey and that

was right when the seven habits was coming out which was about 1989. The year it came out was the year I joined.

I joined about six months before.

And once that book came out, it kind of changed everything because it put us on the map and people
