How are you? How are we all out there running through to the end of the year?

Weathers a bit up and down at the moment. The smart meters, I'm trying not to be obsessed with

my smart meter, but it's weird. I come from a school of thought that take care of the pennies

and the pounds take care of themselves. So even though I'm financially free, I still look at

the minutest thing to think to myself, am I throwing money away, and at the moment it's electricity

and gas, and we're doing things in our house that we haven't done for years, and my kids and my

wife are embracing trying to cut down on the electricity and doing things like hot water bottles,

haven't done hot water bottles for 34 years or whatever, you know, but they're starting to become

quite useful in our house, and also little things like making a flash, you fill a kettle up,

you have a cup of tea, but you put the hot water into a flash so that when you want to cup a tea

a little bit later, bang, you've got it, just little things like that, but it's strange, it's become

my focus just out of interest. How much can I bring these things down? And that is something that I'm
