I'm your host, Helga. And welcome to today's solo episode. It's Trash Day. I hope you guys said

that intro with me. We could sing it together. I don't know why I

literally messed up that first time, but I'm glad we got to do that together. I feel like that was a fun,

it was a fun mishap. You know, we got to do the whole thing all over as a team. And now we can

start the podcast as we should. I'm going to do a one take again because you guys loved the one take last time.

You loved OG Josie doing one takes. So here we go again. I just freaking downed some caffeine.

I'm ready to go. I got some trash. I need to take out. I met Heather Gay. So let's take it out. Let's take out the

trash. Let's start with personal, shall we? I'm going to start with the beginning of the week because

the last time we spoke, I recorded on Wednesday. And I was feeling fine. I was not sick,

but I was little nervous because the rest of my family

had the stomach flu. Now, I didn't tell you guys this because I didn't want you guys to know that I was

home alone without a man in the house. It's okay, though. Even though I don't have a man, I do have a gun.

So stay away. Okay? Stay away. I have a gun and i have two dogs so if i've ever alone in my

house i'm still not alone in my house okay back off predators but um no i didn't want anybody to know

that pager was gone because it's still a little scary because i'm just a girl and i don't want to be

by myself and people know and like show up at my house so like i didn't tell you guys but

pagerr went on a golf trip for

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. And so I was like, I cannot get the stomach flu. Like absolutely

not. That's going to be a hard no for me. And I woke up Thursday morning Pedro was leaving at like,

I want to say six or five a.m. I wake up Thursday
