Terry's coffee. The mayor of the West Midlands, Andy Street. We'll hear more from them in a minute

first. Though a story that broke overnight and is dominating the front pages today is Sibel

Bravman. She just can't get off the front pages, can she? It's all about a speeding fine. Liz, just explain what's been going on.

So the issue is the allegations that have emerged in the newspaper against her is that she was

issued with a speeding fine and that she approached civil servants with the idea of, as you know,

if you get a speeding fine and I have done a speed

awareness course, you do get referred if it's your first one to a speed awareness course.

Her idea was that she might be able to do it as a personal one-on-one thing, so she didn't have

to turn up in a group of people in person or even on a Zoom.

In the end, that didn't work out.

She accepted the point. She accepted the fine.
