15 minutes or so is a little more lighter fare we talk about as we often do different life hacks

self-improvement things things were working on and Christian gave me a really good idea when he talked about working with a bunch of other artists on kind of accountability on the artist's way program that they're all doing that we should do more of that here, more accountability ideas or groups and where could they

break out in the discord platform somehow on the show? I don't know, but I like that idea. I think it's a very very healthy empowering and positive thing to be involved with no matter what you're trying to work on in your life.

So I like that idea. Christian talked about that. We talked a bit about social media and where his thoughts are on it.
