Hey, welcome. So let me just say right off the bat that I know today's idea is a hard sell.

So much so that I tried to talk myself out of even sharing it with you, but I just, I've got to.

It's too important. And I'm going in knowing I may only convince you, maybe one or two others

to give this a go, but the outcome can be so tremendous. This can transform some or multiple

areas of your life in such a profound way that I've got to give it a shot.

So basically the title says it all. I'm going to take 20 minutes and try to convince you to take

a year to set aside and designate 12 months towards something. And I purposely released this video on December the 9th because we do not want to use January

the 1st as a metric.

You may very well select something to begin today, in which case your year starts on December

the 9th.

You may have to think about it, do some research,

decide what you really want to do since it's not a one-week commitment. We're talking about

365 days and that day may not come until early next year sometime, but whenever it happens,

that's the starting point. And sure, that may end up being January the first, but I wouldn't
