Yeah, I'm really looking forward to this one for a bunch of reasons that I think people will

stumble upon as we, you know, have our discussion, right? But we have a non-traditional first question during these uncertain times, Katie,

because you are in New York. So, um, how things at the moment, you know, how is, how are you holding up? How is the world holding up? Give us a give us a view?

Oh man, New York is a, it's weird. I mean, it's kind of, I kind of, when I speak to my family members or friends that are in other locations, I can't I can't imagine what it's like to have a

car at this moment in the personal space to go grocery shopping privately the way that you would

with an automobile like so much, because we're so condensed,
