Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen, to another edition of DIY Money.

Di-I. Money. Logan, want money Logan was shaking well what are you

doing for Thanksgiving you seem like uh like you'd have a friendsgiving or something like that too

I actually I don't think I have a friendsgiving this year now that I think about it I'm sure that

my small group that's not so small, like the 100 person young professionals group,

I'm sure they'll do like some sort of Christmas. I actually think we're doing thanksmas this year

as a group because we don't have enough time to do a Thanksgiving and a Christmas. Fair enough. I don't

know how that will be organized. So that will be like our friend's meal

for the most part. And I'm actually really excited. This year I'm going over to my uncle's house.

Nice. And last year we did this too. My mom's side is massive. There's like 40 people on her side of the

family. And so we used to all do Thanksgiving. But I don't know when it changed or why, but a few

years ago, it switched into, like, we still do Christmas as a massive group. We still do Easter as a

massive group. But Thanksgiving specifically, it's like with your own families, doing your own thing.

Fair enough. And so it'll just be one of her brothers and wife, my two cousins that I'm pretty close with on that, in that clan, and then me.

Fair enough.

And last year, not to call them out, my siblings didn't even come to Thanksgiving.

Wow.

So it was a small group, but it was really nice because it wasn't 40 screaming people. And very, very loud. It was just super chill, all ate around one table. It was, it was clutch. What about you? What are you doing? So I will say this, and I've said this many times on the podcast, I think Thanksgiving is the best holiday. I identify as a turkey and completely disagree. I think it is absolutely

the bomb because there's no pressure with Thanksgiving because 95% of people, your family

apparently now included, they just gloss over Thanksgiving. They're like, okay, it's November 1st,

Christmas trees up, it's Christmas, right? Like, we're just skipping through it. And then 1st, Christmas tree's up, it's Christmas, right?
