Well, see, here's the thing, listeners.

Actually, I think my mic's a little too hot.

I'm going to crank that down a little bit.

I'm not doing great, to be honest.

A couple weeks ago, it'll be three weeks tomorrow.

I hurt my back at work.

I was, it doesn't matter how, I hurt my back at work, but it's not a bulging disc or anything like that. It's a really bad muscle pull. And for the first week or so,

I was okay. I mean, it hurt, but, you know, it was manageable. Well, it got progressively worse in the second week.

In fact, last Sunday, five days ago, I actually went to a hospital.

Not a big hospital, one of the smaller things, you know, the urgent care.

I don't know if they have those in the UK, but here in the U.S., they have a lot of these things called urgent care, which are like small emergency rooms, if you will.

Sure.

And, you know, they gave me a steroid for anti-inflammation, a non-narcotic pain pill.

I'm not big into taking narcotics.

They scare me, to be honest.
