Cincinnati's 911 system failed Kyle Plush when the 16-year-old pleaded for help when he was being crushed by a seat in his SUV. The sophomore was found dead in a high school parking lot hours after two desperate calls to emergency dispatchers. Nancy Grace looks at what happened.
