and the founder of the broomless which is the first and only matchmaking firm dedicated to

pairing successful black professionals. The members are personally vetted and screened and we

get into this process towards the end of the show and let me tell you they are vetted.

She also hosts the DRL podcast dating relationships and love where she shares life-changing lessons

and explores unique dating experiences covering the full spectrum of relationships.

We kind of get into everything regarding dating, matchmaking and love and you guys know I've

been with Joe for a very long time now so it's hard for me to ever give dating advice because

I can share a relationship experience and like what we've learned and what's worked for us but

I've never been on a dating app because I was 16 when I met him. So we kind of dive into the

apps and everything to look for how to kind of put your expectations out there how to create your

profile and also just like generally how to let go of the control that so many of us feel in all

aspects of our lives whether it's dating or for me like mothering and just every single day.
