I wanted to get Andy on. He's been writing a bunch at National Review and today on Fox about the case of Mahmoud Khalil, the former Columbia student who is set for deportation. His current piece up today does the Constitution really protect Columbia agitator Mahmoud Khalil from deportation?

There's so many ways to start at this.

I loved what you said about speech and the comparison to the Godfather, and we'll get into all of that. But let me start stepping back for a moment, for a moment, if I can.

I was just remembering, as I was mentioning, your former U.S. attorney, and one of the great

prosecutions you led and engaged in was the prosecution of Omar

Abd al-Rachman, otherwise known as the Blind Sheik.

And he was later held responsible for his part in the First World Trade Center bombing

and other terrorist acts.

And I think you put him behind bars circa 95.
