years. And now here's Andrew. I want to go back to Mark

chapter 11 verse 24. I read Mark 1114 through 24 last night and we talked about this but I want to start here in

mark 1124 and it says in verse 24 therefore I say unto you what think so ever you desire when you pray

believe that you receive them and you shall have them

That is really straightforward there's no and you shall have them.

That is really straightforward.

There's no apologies, no exceptions made to this.

But the average person looks at this and doesn't believe that it's this simple. But the key to it is you've got to believe

you receive when you pray and then you shall have them. The shell could be a second, a day, a week, or whatever, but there is a time in the future,

but you have to believe that you receive before you pray. How do you believe that you've received when you can't see any results?

And this leads to all kinds of weird things. I've had people before, I actually heard this talk in the Baptist Church that I was raised in,

they said you gotta act like it's so when it isn't so and then it'll become so. And they call that faith. That's not faith. In other words,

it's just a mind game. It's not really, nothing's really happened. I'm not

really healed yet, but I'm gonna act like I'm healed. I'm not really healed yet, but I'm going to act like I'm healed. And if I do it right, then I will be healed. That's actually wrong thinking. And this is what gives faith a bad name is people misunderstanding and

misapplying it. Let me use one other verse before I explain this how to

Matthew Chapter 7 and this is a very similar passage,

verse 7, Jesus was speaking, and he said,

ask and it shall be given you,

seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you.

And people say, well, yes, but that doesn't happen for everybody.
