So we were on a podcast and I said this on a podcast and it's something I read when I was younger my mother used to have a picture of Frederick Douglas up

It was a it was a mirror more so because it had Frederick Douglass when he was young, you know as a slave and then when he became free.

And so he was a figure that was in my home. I would see him on a regular basis and so I would study

Frederick Douglass when I went to college and got older. And one of the things that

he said that I thought was dope that I'm going to start applying to my life,

he says it's easier to build strong children. I'm going to start applying to my life.

He says it's easier to build strong children

it is to repair broken men.

Amen, praise God.

Amen, and I spent a lot of my time on grown folk and getting frustrated.

I'm just to being real like,

Yo, E, what are you doing?

Like, it's just some people that just, that's where they're at

and they have no desire to be progressive. wherever they are they're settled with that and they don't just want to be that like stop but you got to put more time in the children why because a lot of these men that you're dealing with, they're broken and you like a repair shop.
