This was a kind of weird because like this is actually my pandemic beer.

Yeah, when you know obviously four years ago when we are kind of going through that thing I was like okay

If I sit inside and I'm just drinking IPAs non-stop

I'm going to gain a lot of weight really quickly even though you know I'm working out more I'm trying to eat

a little bit more healthy and like the same time too I'm like I got to find something that's like low alcohol percentage and not high on

calories and mango cart was like a bogo one day and I'm like this is just for juice and on a day day like today where we're supposed to have a

conversation I feel like I just need I need some juice to keep me hydrated.

But you used to do the Tahin rim on that too right? At the that's a, I like it when it has the, you do that little rim on it.
