That's the voice of Carrie Jade Williams, a 34-year-old British disability activist living in Ireland.

Carrie said she was diagnosed with Huntington's, which is a rare neurodegenerative disease without a cure.

It's a serious illness which over time affects people's ability to think, walk and talk.

But Carrie was determined to stay optimistic by making Tik-Tok videos.
