than ever and the rise of generative AI is having an obvious and pronounced impact on human employment,

creativity, socialization, and much more.

Often framed as helping and assisting humanity into a utopia of enhancement and increased

equality, the impacts of AI are going far beyond and stand to transform not just the economy and society, but ourselves.

AI is being rolled out at break-neck speed across nearly every sector imaginable,

along with other emerging technologies, creating a surveillance grid that logs and analyzes every supply chain, every keystroke, and every transaction.

Its proponents say it will tackle illicit activity and inefficiency, but is it even possible to harness AI for its positive use cases without succumbing to its more negative impacts, especially considering that AI is largely being

programmed and maintained by our Silicon Valley overlords and their partners in

the military and intelligence communities. Joining me to discuss this and more is Star.

Oh, you know, doing swimmingly here

to talk about one of the topics I get asked about the most.

And it's obviously, there's a lot happening with it and as I said just a second ago pretty much every

sector is having some sort of disruption quote unquote caused by AI and media the field where we work is also one of these sectors that's, you know, in the news, even mainstream news, especially, you know, is talking a lot about the impacts of AI eye on media but also to you know it's also

affecting alternative media quite a bit I think as well so you know like I said

earlier a lot of the narratives that were fed about like the promise of AI that it's going to, you know, it reduced tedious work. People won't have to do tedious work anymore and sort of frame, you know, the emergence of AI is leading us to this sort of utopia.
