Spartans, what are some of the traits that really inspire you and other people?

anywhere podcasts are found. We are everywhere. Now in this episode I talked to you about this inspiring quote I found on Instagram and I've actually spoken a lot about this in the past how I like to find a

photo or a short video and really pull inspiration from it and this is another one of those

instances it's from Ernest Hemingway Now I'm not much of a reader of poetry and people who write

novels but all I need is a sentence or two to fire me up so I want to share this with you.

The best people possess a feeling for beauty, the courage to take risks, the discipline to tell the truth, the capacity

for sacrifice.

Ironically, their virtues make them vulnerable.

They are often wounded, sometimes destroyed.

And it just, I was marinating on that it really had me thinking about

people like teachers who are teaching in the inner cities and they know they could go and

teach elsewhere because they could get paid more and it's going to be less stressful for them.

But that deeper part in their heart, their soul tells them they've got to stay.

They've got to do good for those kids. That's what they were put on this earth to do.

Or the boxing coach that stays in the inner city and he's been called upon by pro fighters and other professional training camps to come and teach

boxing and you could have such a better life, we'll pay you more, it'll be easier, but he stays

in the inner city, he stays there to care for those kids. He's got to save those kids.

And those virtues in people like that, they inspire the heck out of me and in the Spartan Way podcast I oftentimes give you
