0:00.0	For people that don't know what is a TC and how much do you pay them.
0:02.8	Yeah, a TC is a transaction coordinator.
0:04.8	Mine is my fiance now, but she handles everything.
0:08.8	So like they send out the paperwork, they respond to emails, they send everything to title, they make sure to review the HUD, the settlement sheet. the As for compensation, I usually recommend a 24k base, so that's 2k a month.
0:25.0	Oh, you hire them like a salary employee.

0:29.0	And then from there, like 250 to 350 per transaction.

0:32.0	And then there's also services or like transaction
0:35.4	coordinators that you could pay per deal.
0:37.3	Yeah, like 30 to 500.
0:39.1	Yeah, yeah.
0:39.8	So you don't have to pay them a salary if you're just starting off, you just pay them per file.
0:45.1	And the good thing about working with the TC
0:47.1	is like if they work out of brokerage or if they have their TC company,
0:50.9	they've done thousands of transactions, so they will help you if you're just starting off.
0:56.3	So I think.
0:57.3	And also, too, the only reason we pay like that is because we want the exclusivity.
1:01.2	And then when people join our brokerage or they join our
1:03.6	community I offer that as an incentive that our TC can review paperwork and
1:08.1	help people out. Oh okay cool so okay so that's your TC and then you said you had two acquisition people.
