All right, Kathy's, we are here alive and well out of Los Angeles, California.

If you've been watching the news or been on X, you will probably have heard that there are really, really devastating fires out here in Southern California.

Specifically, if you don't know Los Angeles,

so like where our office sits, we're in a high-rise, basically in Mid-Wilshire. It's pretty much

adjacent to West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. And so our office has a view of basically all of Hollywood Hills downtown L.A. and then the west side of L.A.

and just to give you a visual or audible map, the west side of L.A. is where the palisades are.

And that's basically neighboring to Santa Monica and

Malibu. So it's Santa Monica, Palisades, then Malibu. It's all off of PCH and then it goes inland.

And so if you're watching the news, the Palisades is, you know, a really beautiful, rich

in history community that, you know, a lot of people that we know

that we grew up with have homes in that area. There's a lot of great schools, great restaurants.

It's such an incredible neighborhood. And the fire basically first started there and then kind of spread and spread

into other parts of that area like Temesco Canyon, which you've ever been on a hike. It's one of the

most beautiful hikes in Los Angeles. And then it's kind of been seeping a little bit toward

Santa Monica. And then so that was the first fire that kind of happened.

And then it jumped PCH.

So if you've been a tourist in LA, Dukes is gone.

Yeah.

Maestro's is gone.

Yeah.

Rosenthal Winery is gone.

Real Inn, I think.
