Summary

Buddy Thayer always thought his biggest office struggle would be finishing projects before the boss showed up—until a spectral ex-employee decided to keep making those final rounds. One moment he’s sorting mail; the next, he’s face-to-face with the unretired spirit of a former resident. It turns out that nothing says “time for a career pivot” like a ghostly encounter before the lunch break. Now, Buddy’s embarking on a paranormal quest, diving headfirst into all the questions we can’t quite answer but can’t stop asking. After all, who needs normal workplace drama when the afterlife can punch the clock?
