0:40.5	even in what feels like a really busy life. So I know many people's mornings are a frantic
0:48.2	dash to get everyone out the door. The workday is go, go, go, and then everyone needs to be collected afterwards.

1:01.3	You clean up the kitchen after dinner and finally think,

1:07.1	And certainly most people don't have a ton of energy by the late evening.
1:12.0	But the day isn't over after dinner.

1:21.7	For instance, if you are done with dinner and clean up by 7.30 p.m.
1:26.9	And you go to bed at 10.30 p.m., that is three hours.
