be more excited and today we talk about Deadpool Wolverine, the premiere, my family's journey,

the 30-hour journey from Southern California to New York City and back for Comic Con 2024.

I am your host with the very raspy voice because San Diego Comic-Con just wiped it out.

I have been making the comics for just shy of four decades.

And I am so excited to talk to you about comics and all things comics and pop culture and where these characters started from and

and where they're going and what they've become and what's ahead. That's what we do here on

observations. I have been pulling the comic books from the spinner rack at the liquor store at the 7-11 at the

stop and go at the utotum at the food land these were my comic book uh distribution uh network

this was not my my comic book distribution network when i was a kid this is where i fell in love

with comics and they were nowhere near what they've been and what they've

become today. And I can think back back to the year 2000, which is 24 freaking years ago.

And comics still weren't positioned where they are now. And this show exists to give you my journey, my personal journey as a young boy,

seven years old, 1974, falling in love with comics, eventually knowing immediately that I want

to make comic books, eventually becoming a comic book creator and all of my adventures
