On a chilly January day in 2007,

The blaze was so large it attracted the attention of neighbors who called 911 around 323 PM to raise the alarm.

A neighbor, Mike and his girlfriend Connie were in their car and leaving their house when they saw the smoke coming from the Sturmer residents.

Mike thought he should go and check that everyone was out and he drove up the long driveway that led to the home.

As he arrived, Mike saw a hysterical Linda backing her minivan away from the house and then driving it forward again.
