Specifically, questions that have been conjured up by the defense's Frank's memorandum, which outlines the defense's theory of the case that it was perpetrated by

feminist gang members or cult members, and our listeners want to know a bunch of things about the law enforcement implications of this.

Mike and Brian both had a question that has nothing to do with the Frank's memorandum. They just want to know.

And it's a fair question, even though it's not about the memorandum.

And they're about early mistakes law enforcement may have made in this case.

They wanted to know, why did Toeblez and B, the then Sheriff of Carroll County, say on television, I feel safe for this community.

And also, what happened to those dogs that were en route from Chicago to Delphi?

So we don't know. That's the that's the short of the answer.

I suppose there's going to be a lot of scrutiny on early mistakes, potentially.

People pointed out that if Richard Allen is the killer, frankly, whoever the killer is, whether it's the Odinus gang or Richard Allen, somebody was on the loose who murdered those girls.

And what were people really safe?

And the dog thing, there's always been a lot of discussion about the dogs could have traced the killers sent.

And things would have gotten started sooner and we would have answers.
