Hi guys. This is Andrew DeCechko and this is DeCecho Daily. We are closing out the week with the final

podcast and it happens to coincide with the final piece of my big board for the 2025 NFL draft.

As you know, this is the sixth installment.

I rank the six positions in which the Eagles need to address in this draft.

And today we close things out with linebacker.

And without further ado, it's important to set the scene because the Eagles are very light at

linebacker opposite Zach Bond. Nikobi Dean is facing a very daunting recovery process.

We'll have to wait and see how he comes back from the knee.

Then you look at Jeremiah Trotter Jr. He's entering his second season, but is he ready to take

on a larger role?

Ben Van Van Sumeran's now a fullback.

Orrin Berks is no longer there. Dallas Gantt, who spent the better part of last season on the practice squad. He was originally a free agent signing of the Minnesota Vikings.

That's all they got. So it behooves the Eagles to add another player to that room.

Now, will that player be early? Probably not. This is a very weak draft in terms of linebackers,

by the way, so you don't want to force it. But there are players in which the Eagles could add that would help the team.

But I'm going to start with my honorable mentions.

That's Jeffrey Bossa from Oregon.

Demetrius Knight Jr. from South Carolina.

He's 25 years old.

That's a player that I would be highly shocked if he would go as high as some are expecting, probably a late third round

guy.

The production is off the charts, but he's an older player.
